Citi’s COVID Response on Broadcast

What a weird, scary time the Coronavirus has created around the world. In response to the need around the world for COVID-19 relief efforts and bringing people together while celebrating music from some of the biggest stars today, like: Lady Gaga, The Rolling Stones, Paul McCartney, Burna Boy, etc.

I was Creative Director for a fully remote Citi Entertainment team while at Superfly, creating a :30 and :15 spot for both the digital and broadcast Global Citizen livestreams. Over 14 million people around the country tuned into the primetime broadcast to see our spot before the show-ending performance by Celine Dion.

The details: I led a remote team after concepting an idea made entirely with stock and journalistic footage.

We also created a full social campaign and content to help spread the word.
