The SHOUT OUT Campaign for Facebook

Women of color had been having an amazing year in music and beyond. And the world was newly invested in community and finding connection. Facebook Groups was the perfect platform to celebrate community and the way us ladies support each other and shout each other out on social and IRL on the daily.

I concepted, pitched, won, and led THE SHOUT OUT for Facebook Groups. Part campaign, part rallying cry, part virtual concert, The Shout Out gave a large, private Group in Facebook a private concert during GRAMMYs Week with Flo Milli, the up-and-coming rapper who is making waves and being shouted out by other women in the biz.

Shooting and concepting a virtual concert, streaming it live, writing scripts and social copy, working with talent and influencers, creating content and a hero VOD for millions of Facebook users… it was an adventure with amazing results.

20 Million views later, the hits keep coming.
